November 16, 200717 yr I don't think I know the Same Difference song. :o it was a 1980 number one for Scottish singer Kelly Marie... who recently took part in the Reborn in the USA show (think it was that one). Same Differincest will make a cra-pola song even more unbearable, I think.... :(
November 16, 200717 yr I heard that Same Difference will be on rollerskates this week! Surely that is evidence already that this will be the performance of the night! I keep thinking Rhydian and Same Difference are in battle with one another as to which act is the most camp (or is that Simon or Dannii)
November 16, 200717 yr Awful choice for Niki - I can see her being out this week in a 'shock result'. Great choice for Alisha too, I was thinking of that song for her as well. :)
November 17, 200717 yr It's Cole comfort for nervy Leon http://img232.imageshack.us/img232/8687/snn1703juc682390688aew8.jpg GIRLS Aloud star Cheryl Cole gives a big hug to X Factor hopeful Leon, telling him: “I always really feel for you.” The girl band were on the set to offer tips to the finalists for tonight’s show. Big-hearted Cheryl comforted nervous Leon, by saying she also had problems remembering her words. She added: “That was me, it’s a horrible feeling, I watch you every week and you’re amazing but when you try to talk to the judges your lips always stick together - I always really feel for you.” http://img232.imageshack.us/img232/9703/snn1703jua180390687aka3.jpg The girls also had a dig at show judge and old foe Louis Walsh. They fell out when he was their first manager after they won Popstars: The Rivals in 2002. And they did not miss the chance to have a pop at him while chatting to the band Same Difference - brother and sister act Sean and Sarah Smith. Slammed The pair are performing It Feels Like I’m In Love after being slammed by Louis on last week’s show. But the girls told them to take NO NOTICE of him. They said: “There is something distinctly Abba about you - Louis is going to hate it, ignore him, put your fingers in your ears, maybe he’s doing you a favour. “You’ve got the E Factor (Entertainment Factor). Camp it up, you can get away with it.” Sparks are set to fly between Louis and the girls when they guest on tonight’s disco-themed show. An insider said: “We don’t expect Louis to even talk to the band. "Fellow judge Dannii Minogue doesn’t particularly like them either.” ROTFL I can see a big argument going on between the Girls and Louis! I would just LOVE it if they slag him off live! Go Girls!!!
November 17, 200717 yr Other article : Girls Aloud on X Factor Girls Aloud are set to glam up X Factor on Saturday when they give their advice to contestants on the TV talent show. The theme for the week's show is Disco and each of the remaining seven hopefuls will be trying to impress the viewers and the judges with their dancefloor classic. Nicola Roberts gives girl band Hope some tips on their performance of Gimme! Gimme! Gimme! (A Man After Midnight), saying: "I was 16 when I started, you seem really mature, really together, really collected." And Nadine Coyle had some wise words on dealing with the press. "Keep yourselves clean, stay out of trouble and try not to read about yourself in the papers, what you don't know can't hurt you and most of the time it is all made up!" she said. The Love Machine singers have had their fair share of fame and success after winning X Factor's predecessor Popstars: The Rivals in 2002. An X Factor spokeswoman said: "We're thrilled to be having Girls Aloud on the show. They've come from a reality TV show background, so they'll have a lot of advice for the contestants." Meanwhile, it looks like Alisha, who's singing Young Hearts Run Free, might finally get the boot this week, after being backed to odds of 9/4. Ladbrokes spokesman Nick Weinberg said: "The weekend wouldn't be the same without the gamble on Alisha to go. Somehow she's managed to make it this far. We'll be amazed if she can repeat the trick."
November 17, 200717 yr Alisha fav to go :o tbh i think she will... I don't think she will, she's been fave to go every week, and she's still here  it's Beverley and Leon who need to worry, as they have relatively close odds to go
November 17, 200717 yr Alisha fav to go :o tbh i think she will... She's been favourite to go since the first show, I think. Certainly for the last few shows. I hope she doesn't. There are a few left who should go before her.
November 17, 200717 yr Author Leon, Beverley & Alisha are in the most danger tonight. Looking at the songs, I think the latter two could be in the bottom two with Alisha going.
