May 15, 200619 yr It's hard to say whether it's the first English song by a Latin artist to hit number one because the Latin stations are playing Sera Sera, but it's official name is just "Hips Don't Lie (Spanish Mix)" so billboard count it all as one. Anyway - it's still great news :D
