Notable as being the last occassion on which tie-break rules had to be used in order to determine a winner, Carola representing Sweden with Fangad Av En Stormvind and Amina representing France with C'est Le Dernier Qui A Parle Qui A Raison went head-to-head, both tied on 146 points, with Carola claiming victory due to receiving more 10 points than Amina had done. The question here is, who do you think should've won? ^_^

Amina - Le Dernier Qui A Parle - France

 

IMO, France should've won seeing as it's easily France's best entry ever...although Sweden were good, let's face it, Carola's performance won it for them :lol: I would've far preferred France to win this year and Carola to have won 15 years later with Invincible...

 

And as a side-note, had this scenario been repeated today France would've won! :o France got points from more countries, which is the first tie-breaker nowadays before going into how many 12/10 points countries received ^_^

Well i've watched a bit of the vid's, and i dont think both are that good really :(

 

But i prefer Carola, so i choose that :heart:

Hmm yes I think France just edges it for me too. :o

The French song is one of the most overrated ever. It stood out because ethnic songs back then were few and far between.

For me, it's easily France - I've got the songs I like on my iPod. France 91 appears on it, and Sweden 91 doesn't.

Easily Sweden's was far better even thou IMO it is the weakest of the three Carola's entries.
