BAH. Good luck to anyone who uses Eurovision rejects but I don't think Quotosibb will be knowingly voting for any of them. Liz McClarnon excluded I wasn't fond of the other countries NFs being allowed last time. This isn't the could have been Eurovision Song Contest guys. :/

This isn't. But i don't see THAT many people following ESC (and more importantly - MF! lol) So the main rule - 'introducing people to the (almost - in this case) unknown music you love' is still enforced :P

ok then this needs to be changed aswell:

Artists used in the prior contest may not be used for the following contest. This only applies to your entry - the artist may be used in the following contest if they were used by another country in the prior contest.

I don't care, if you want to do a Eurovision Rejects contest, do it in the Eurovision forum. I'd sooner give 12 points to "Umbrella" or "Hips Don't Lie" than these sorts of entries. I don't like it and I'm someone who enjoyed a couple of Eurovision songs more than he should have last year, it's not like I'm an anti-Eurovision person.

Yep. I do love a bit of "(Don't It Make You) Happy" though. :kink: I just don't want them in the contest.

this is why I dont like idea changing the rule when 1/3 of countries are not here and they dont have a clue what is going on...XV started already with an old rule and it should have remain the same.

Agreed 100%...some people love leaks of big stars' new singles, some of us love ESC and never get to share these largely unknown national final songs! To say you won't vote for it because it's ESC related is a real shame Aaron as I think you'd really like quite a few of the past MF entries based on your current chart :D

That's approximately what Kath wrote in The Lounge thread about the voting -_-

We are never all here at the same time...and if they wish to change their entries they are quite welcome to do so :P

thats why this rule should have been eligible from XVI...give a statement and everybody is aware of it...for example Pavel got Snalla because he was here in this moment, or Trash got Alcazar...what about if someone else wanted to use and is not here.

I agree! but this gave me the opportunity to change :D

I also doubt there are many entries in BIG demand, hence why this rule - which only unbanned the last three NFs which were banned - went through. I don't see how that has ANY relevance to being allowed to send the same artists every contest, hence why that rule will remain

But why? If you wouldn't have heard it anyway, I don't see what's wrong with allowing it?
