Jesus, this band is so immense and "Mirrored" symbolises it. It's like on a whole other planet.

 

Their music is something else, listened to "Mirrored" lots recently and really love it :wub:

I like 'Atlas' and plan to check out some more tracks.

Sometimes you have to be in the mood, but when you are there's few bands on the planet as exciting as Battles.

Yeah I know what you mean, I'm the same with all albums that have longish tracks, Joanna Newsom being an example. Love her stuff but I need to be in the right mindset for it otherwise I get all flustered and don't enjoy it...

One of the best indie albums of the year. And will most likely still get repeated listens from me by the first semester of 2008! :D

Great lp even if it will not make it in my final albums list (cause i dont own it yet.maybe next year when i ll update it).
