The long-awaited new U2 album No Line On The Horizon will be released on March 2.

 

It’s the group’s 12th studio album and is their first release since How To Dismantle An Atomic Bomb in late 2004.

 

Recording has taken them around the globe.

 

Sessions began last year in Fez, Morocco, and continued in the band’s own studio in Dublin.

 

BONO and Co then hit the Big Apple for more work in New York’s Platinum Sound Recording Studios before finally completing the CD at Olympic Studios in London.

 

Producers BRIAN ENO, DANNY LANOIS and STEVE LILLYWHITE all worked on the collection.

 

The term sure-fire hit comes to mind.
