December 14, 200717 yr Author ok its no big deal and maybe you all wont know but... Want to ask you all a question.....Chris Daughtry just got a new tattoo, he only has one other.......Now...no one knows yet what the tatt means and it definately has a deep meaning....and we also dont have perfect pics of it yet as it just surfaced on his arm last week at a concert.......ok Chris loves his wife and her 2 kids who he has adopted, very much and he is totally devoted to his wife and kids....so all of the members at the forum believe the three stakes tied together in this cross are meant to symbolize his wife and two kids.....and that very well may be but I think its a deeper religious meaning and Chris is very religious also...he goes to church and he thanks God all the time and all of that.... :) What i see in this tatt is 3 crosses! The two in the back ground are up on a hill, the middle cross brought forward is Jesus Christ’s' cross...Three crosses up on a hill just like Christ’s crucifixion.....and the three stakes to me represent the the three stakes they nailed him to the cross with.....one through each hand and one through his feet!! December 16, 200717 yr Author ya its three stakes tied together...people say the one horizontally are two stakes...you can barely see the point of one stake there, and the two heads of those stakes are both on the side of his arm?? Strange tatt!! You can delete this now!! :)

Its Jesus on the mountain where he was crucified. The two crosses in the background are the two criminals who were with him when he died. And the three stakes are the three nails he was nailed with. To say that Daughtry is using three stakes to represent his family is a little morbid in my opinion.

Anyway we were right Ozzy!! :dance: Hes told the meaning and thats exactly what it means...now i hear he has another one on his right arm, and they are all saying that its for his wife again lol but i havent seen it or heard what it looks like yet. It's still a rumor.....anyway i was right about the other one!! Ha-ha! :lol: :lol: Also another friend of mine agreed with me too! ^_^ I think Chris is getting addicted to tattoos now too!! December 23, 200717 yr Author no no its just a tattoo of the crusifixion, and not about his family! Some ppl thought it was about his family but its about Christ. Now they say he might have another tattoo that is for his wife but we dont know about that one for sure yet.....if he does it would be his third tattoo. The one you see here is about the crusifixion and he is religious and so he got it, no one really knows why but chris i guess...he wants to remember that day to all of us who see it maybe. Then they start on tour again in which they will be opening for Bon Jovi!! :D Their last show till the holidays are over for them was last night. When they get back to touring on feb 18 (which they will start off in Omaha) then they go to Detroit the next day......runs until Apri 30th so far! They have 4 hit songs out on the radio and they were in england this month also. The song 'Home' will be played in the UK starting in Jan. 2008! Their album is on the way to selling 3 million! :cheer: They won 3 AMA's last year and are also nominated for the Billboard awards and also the Grammys!! They are also nominated for new best group and also best single for 'home', in an awards show called 'New Music' which is about radio. :) They are hoping to break through over there now, and I'll see if i cant find his interview in london where he talks about that for you guys! Chris came in fourth in American Idol, much to everyones chagrin!! But id say hes doing one hell of a lot better then the winner that year, Taylor Hicks!! ^_^ BTW...what is HIcks doing these days!?! December 23, 200717 yr Author Oh btw i saw Daughtry play last July, when they opened for Nickelback in toronto. Before the concert Daughtry was on the canadian music show 'much music' and my party went over there and Chris and two other band members came out to talk to us!! We got videos of them and pics with Chris and so on and so forth. Members of the fansite have had drinks with him and his band and know him pretty well now! They will show up in bars near the venue many times, so fans are lucky to be in the US right now! I'm assuming quite soon they wont be able to walk around like that anymore...sometimes already they do get mobbed! Edited December 23, 200717 yr by Supreme
