December 20, 200717 yr There was insufficient evidence to convict him so no matter how vile the crime we can't have kangaroo courts, if the courts after hearing all the evidence decided he wasn't responsible then that is good enough for me true we cant have kangaroo courts but it was the prosecution as i understand that bolloxed up this case... whereby a probably guilty murderer has gotten off with it.... abit like michael jackson...
December 20, 200717 yr NOT GUILTY :o WTFook, where is the justice??? There is no justice in convicting innocent people. The court concluded that there was insufficient evidence for a conviction. Therefore, under the law, he's innocent.
December 21, 200717 yr There is no justice in convicting innocent people. The court concluded that there was insufficient evidence for a conviction. Therefore, under the law, he's innocent. Exactly... Some of us still remember the Kangaroo courts that convicted the Guildford Four and Birmingham Six, if the evidence aint there, then unfortunately that's just too bad, you cant make evidence up.. The bloke may have been guilty, but at the end of the day, if the prosecution bollocksed up their case, then we should criticise them for not being sufficiently prepared, not the law itself.....
