December 27, 200717 yr Preston lost again yesterday. :( We made it seem like we were in League 1 last year, not Scunthorpe. At this rate, we'll be in League 1 next year. :(
December 27, 200717 yr I think the title is definitely going back to Manchester this year. Arsenal's squad is too small and they'll miss Toure and Eboue when they go to Africa. Chelsea have four players going and injuries/suspensions to the majority of their key players and Liverpool aren't ever going to win the league until they have a manager who's not Rafa Benitez.
December 29, 200717 yr Arsenal losing will complete a good afternoon. It sounds like the Linesman cheating Newcastle out of a point though but i'm not complaining.
December 29, 200717 yr  Just been to the pub to watch the united game and to say im gutted is an under statement. But i guess we deserved it. We were nowhere near out besr and the Hammers outplayed us in the second half. Our tactics were useless (taking Tevez and Hargreaves off and leaving the wastes of space Giggs and Saha on :???:). It also didn't help our midfielder who never misses penalties had thrown a tantrum minutes before and therefore missed a penalty  Plus it's complacency. United always expect to win at these grouns but the hammers are a real bogey team for us.
December 29, 200717 yr West Ham always outplay us every time, it's nothing new.. What an entertaining match the Spurs one seems though! Chris Kamara losing his voice on Soccer Saturday was most amusing. Gotta feel for Reading though, they can't seem to be able to put a game to rest no matter how they try. I just hope they don't go down as I have a real admiration for the team Steve Coppell has built up.
December 29, 200717 yr ^ Nevermind, Man Utd fans look on the bright side... Half Time: Everton 1 v 0 Arsenal (Tim Cahill)
December 29, 200717 yr ^ Nevermind, Man Utd fans look on the bright side... Half Time: Everton 1 v 0 Arsenal (Tim Cahill) Or maybe not: Final Score: Everton 1 v 4 Arsenal
December 29, 200717 yr Must have been heart stopping to have been at the Tottenham match. Chris Kamara who was covering the match for Sky Sports nearly lost his voice on air. My team is continuing to make the festive period gloomy for me. Losing 3-0 to Bristol Rovers. Their away form is not the best out of the teams in the top half of that division to put it politely. :arrr:
December 30, 200717 yr What an entertaining match the Spurs one seems though! Chris Kamara losing his voice on Soccer Saturday was most amusing. Gotta feel for Reading though, they can't seem to be able to put a game to rest no matter how they try. I just hope they don't go down as I have a real admiration for the team Steve Coppell has built up. I missed that - seeing as I was watching Cardiff beat us 2-1 (putting us even closer to League 1 next season) - but it must have been funny. And I've also worked out that Reading have been involved in two games involving 21 goals, and have nothing to show for either game. They shouldn't worry, though - Blackburn should, though: it's been 13 weeks since the 7-4 game v Portsmouth, and they're hosting Blackburn 13 weeks from now.
