The singer has managed to forget her troubles by going on daily scuba diving trips with rocker Bryan Adams, who wants Amy to beat her drink and drug addictions. "I've learnt to appreciate simple things, like the beauty of nature," Amy told the Daily Star. "And it's taught me to face my fears. It's a different world down there. I can look at things in a new way. I've come to the realisation that life is short, so I want to make sure I live every minute of it."
