Can you keep us up to date with the Gary documentary chartings whenever it is released?

just seen that the TV ratings were 7 million last night for the documentary, which is fantastic! higher than The Voice

The documentary is being released June 25th apparently, it has it advertised on the Take That website.

Great ratings, didnt expect them to be honest, i would have thought around 5 million, the documentary has given the single such a huge boost.

In time, i believe we will get another Take That album including Robbie. Additionally Robbie will get involved again whenever the next Take That Greatest Hits comes our way.
Yeah he said he wants to be involved in the next 18 months- 2 years, so that says that they will release their 7th album as a 4 and then after the tour they will start working together again on an 8th album probably to coincide with 25 years
The 8th album will likely be some format of a greatest hits/best of etc. If that is the path they take there is enough scope to produce a decent new best of as it would be following on from 4 studio album of material. It will be interesting to see will they release a best of, of just material since they reformed or will it contain a combination of both. From a marketing view i think a greatest hits of just the reformed material would be ideal and then somewhere down the road a combination would work. That said, if its to celebrate 25 years the simple answer is it will be a combination.

a greatest hits i think will definetly happen for the 25th anniversary and id say it will be career spanning hits.
It is likely that is how proceedings will work, that said, if as its only speculation on our part a new Greatest Hits set does happen i would like at the least for two new songs to be added just to add that extra bit of value.

Im not sure they will be looking for a Greatest Hits just yet, I can't see it selling fantastically well as roughly 2.5 million people have BW/TC/P(ed) already, rather than some of the newer fans these days who didnt have the old material when they came back, emphasised by how well Never Forget has done.

If there is a GH, I reckon that it will just be material from 4 albums (the new one included) as Never Forget and the original GH's are still selling and they have said that this (2006-) is like a new start. Whilst I dont mean they should forget about their fantastic older catalogue, i think that revamp could be for another day, for instance when they do decide to call it a day.

What they could do is maybe a Michael Jackson History type album with 3 or 4 songs from each of the 4 albums and then a second disc as an EP sort of thing. But their main focus now should be to come back with a Patience #2 successful single and pick up where they left off.

For a 25 years celebration though a career long spanning set would be the best way to celebrate it, however i am in full agreence with getting a set that consist of 2006 + only, the ultimate collection has and continues to sell in its own right so those songs may not need to be included from the respect.

Either or id be happy with as to be honest either way they have a lot to offer. Maybe they will totally skip a best of for now and have a brand new album including robbie as the 25 year celebration???

I cant see them not doing a greatest hits after the next studio album, i would go as far to say its probably contractual.

Rule the world just missing out on the top 75 by 1 place this week, great to see it still selling though, i just want this to become a million seller and i think it will eventually.

I think a greatest hits album after the next studio album would be perfect and also cap off the 2nd era whilst interest and popularity in them is still high. I think TT (90's) and TT (00's) are so seperate it might be great Vol 2 being 06 to present. I'm sure in future there will will many compilations TT will sell and sell. The Best Of would mix the whole set through the years. After the greatest hits vol 2 they can then think about where they'd like to go next.

I hope Robbie is on the next studio album just because of how great (imo) it was but also because Progress sold really well for TT across Europe and they could build on that.

I was also just wondering about RTW and sales it must definately be closing in on 900,000 now surely? Has Progress UK album sales moved up from 2.4 also?

RTW had sold 867,000 up until May this year if that helps?, I'll also be doing an updated "Top 100 best selling albums of the 2010's" in January if that helps too?
