Posted January 4, 200818 yr The Ex-A*Teens star is back with a new album, apparently out in May. She's rumoured to be working with the same producers of her previous album. I'm really anxious as I've loved all her solo singles. "I Need A House" was quite a big hit over here, even featured on a hugely popular soap.
January 4, 200818 yr Oh I never knew she was in A*Teens. :o I really like 'That's the Way My Heart Goes'. ^_^
January 4, 200818 yr Marie Serneholt is fabulous. And A*Teens are one of my favourite bands of all-time!
January 4, 200818 yr That's great news! I really liked her debut album even though it was cheesy popness. :kink: It was good to listen to none the less! The A*Teens made great pop/dance music even if many were just ABBA covers. It's a shame they didn't last longer than they did.

Anyway Marie deserves a big solo carreer, her solo hits were great, and they were played on MTV Europe. Did any of her videos get played over there in the US?
January 4, 200818 yr No, there were rumors she was getting ready to release here but nothing went through. It's a shame. :( I think her songs are pretty radio-friendly too. One of the producers that works a lot with Marie even produced some Britney songs! :D

Didnt know that, no wonder I liked her stuff :D
January 5, 200818 yr Marie is hot stuff  her song "Thats The Way My Heart Goes" is really good too ^_^
January 6, 200818 yr The A*Teens made great pop/dance music even if many were just ABBA covers. It's a shame they didn't last longer than they did. but wasnt only the first album [the abba generation] was abba covers wasnt it when they were just an abba teens project. upside down still one of the best tunes on my german cheesy dvd
January 9, 200818 yr I LOVE Marie Serneholt! Infact, A*Teens are my favourite pop band! I still listen to their CDs now. I spent a fortune importing them when I was younger! I can't wait to hear her new stuff. We need more than 10 songs though!!
