February 7, 200817 yr WE HAVE A TU AND CTS THREAD DEDICATED TO THE CHART RUNS AND WEEKLY UPDATED SALES !!!! Why do some people on here need to be so bloody rude to people who are only asking a simple question???? It really infuriates me when the same people are trying to encourange people to post more in the group forum etc..... Anyway, thanks coolnav
February 7, 200817 yr Why do some people on here need to be so bloody rude to people who are only asking a simple question???? Because only this week there've been about 3 people asking for TU or CTS total sales or chart runs, while there's an obvious thread updated weekly with all the current information. So yes, it's kinda annoying, and the only reason they don't see the right thread must be they're blind, that's why I put CAPITAL letters. I wasn't rude, I was trying to help the people in need of help obviously.
February 7, 200817 yr Out of interest, in the sales of tangled up, some are precise figures and others are rounded up ones like 4000 last week yeh? Will we ever know precise figures for those weeks that are rounded up? 285k is fantastic btw!

Will we ever know precise figures for those weeks that are rounded up? 285k is fantastic btw! Rounded up figures are quite precise though, sometimes it's like 20 sells 10,000, 28 sells 8.500, so if the Girls are 25 I guess they have sold about 9000 copies. That's as simple as that, so the margin error must not be larger than 10,000 copies overall :) But probably we we'll get the eact figures from MW someday in one of their report (like they did last year when the GH was released).
February 7, 200817 yr Ahhhhhhh right, thats good then. I'd love to know how many they sold exactly. Can you tell i'm a perfectionist? lol
February 8, 200817 yr Because only this week there've been about 3 people asking for TU or CTS total sales or chart runs, while there's an obvious thread updated weekly with all the current information. February 26, 200817 yr 1. Sound of the Underground - 590k 2. Jump - 197k 3. Call The Shots- 191,320 4. I'll Stand By You - 187k 5. Something Kinda Ooooh - 181k 6. Call The Shots- 154K 7. Love Machine - 148k 8. No Good Advice - 123k 9. Biology - 119k 10. Walk This Way - 109k Just to let you know, CTS is appearing twice in there. And could it outsell 'Jump' and become their second biggest selling single EVER? With it stil hanging around the top 10, i reckon it still has at least 10k sales in it!

With it stil hanging around the top 10, i reckon it still has at least 10k sales in it! Edited ;) and yeah I agree, I really hope it can ^_^ having a single now being their 2nd biggest seller is amazing  shows that they're still at their peak ^_^ 5 years later and still massive ;)
February 28, 200817 yr Album sales look grim  Great news for Call the Shots though - Hopefully over 200k :yahoo:
February 29, 200817 yr Album sales look grim Not really. Way past platinum after 4 months ... not bad.
March 1, 200817 yr Yeah, I think that goes by how many are shipped rather than how many have been sold.
March 1, 200817 yr I reckon we should go by the platinum certification because if it had sold 283,000 by the time it was no.55 (a few weeks ago), i reckon its way past that mark now.
