Well, music week is the most accurate way to find out, and Mikey calculated the figures and it came to that total. Everyone believed what they like :drama: Im sticking with that figure ;)

The greatest hits sold 664 by end of 2006, im pretty certain it sold more than just over 100k for all of last year.

In the Top 100 Albums Of 2007 Jamie T's 'Panic Prevention' was at number 100 selling 159,400 copies. 'The Sound Of Girls Aloud' was not in the top 100 so could've sold 159 MAXIMUM (which it won't have). Add that to only =823k. I think total sales of 789k are very reliable.

A friend of mine (who is very reliable) occasionally gets to see a sales list for the top 200 which provides weekly sales and total sales. This weeks figure for the GH was 789,221

So last weeks sales were around 11k for the single and 9k for the album, combined another 20k sold on a really low/slow week.

I've got the single sale here, so that can be added to the first page;

11 Girls Aloud 11,632

And i estimated/figured the album sales from this, so can around 9k be added to the first page for TU too;

13 Rihanna 13,553 (to date 587,140)

41 Britney Spears 6.199

47 Seasick Dave 5.228

CTS is now their 5th biggest selling single :o

Would be nice, but i do think SKO is a good song and deserves to be a top 4 selling GA single.

'Call The Shots' has sold a further 5k so far this week (up until thurs).

call the shots i think has another 20,000 sales at the least in it

At no.16, 'Call The Shots' sold a further 3,500 copies between thurs and sunday as i worked out from this ;

15 Leon Jackson 9.003

20 The Courteneers 8,150

And the album sold approx. 5,000 copies at no.46 ;

41 Nickelback 5.327

55 Maccabees 3.854

Due to this, could the sales on the main page be updated again please?

My calculations have their total at 4.735 million.

'Call The Shots' now at 177k - 4k away from SKO which it will take over by Sunday!

i hope Tangled Up goes platinum IMO its their best album and deserves to do better

it hurts to see $h!t like Leona Lewis' album selling over a million when a quality pop album like TU is left behind :(
