I have been reading a book today about a lady who moved to Scotland from Australia ......... and lost weight :o:o

Why did she lose weight? :unsure:

because she was 25 stone ....... and sort of needed to ;)

 

She lost some weight before she moved - but then fell in love and stayed in Scotland.

 

Was actually a very moving book :P

That could be me. I started my diet last Monday. While I had my 'ahem' infection it was a dawdle as I had no appetite anyway. But now I'm feeling a bit better I'm totally starving.

you should read this book then - she is really honest and hilarious - is all taken from her blogs that no one who knew her knew about.
