She has claimed that she is an ideal person to deal with the troubled star because she talks "straight". Osbourne told the Mirror: "I am the one people come to with their problems. I talk straight. I don't say: 'Look Amy, you're just fantastic.' "I say: 'Amy you have a problem. I'm here when you are ready to deal with it.' I'm not going to tell her to go to rehab.
