There’s a new number one this week as Aussie pop princesses The Veronicas fall to 3 after Britney and Atomic Kitten push their way further up the chart,

with the biggest climb going to the latter, climbing 17 places up the chart.

Elsewhere in the top 10, last weeks number two (Rihanna) takes a small tumble to 4, Basshunter climbs into the top 5, Kelly Rowland comes up 5 to reach 7,

Kylie and Robin both take pretty big falls and Ashlee Simpson is this weeks highest new entry.

Adele’s debut single “Chasing Pavement” swaps places with “Call The Shots” from Girls Aloud with Adele climbing 10 and Girls Aloud falling 10.

Not all bad news for Girls Aloud, though, as they are one of two acts to have two tracks inside the top 20, “Theme To St. Trinians” falls 4.

Sugababes are the other act to have two in the chart, with “Change” climbing 2 places to 12 and their new single “Denial” coming in as a new entry and 13.

Celine’s a non-mover at 15 as is Paula DeAnda at 20. The lowest new entry is from Maroon 5, with their download only single “Won’t Go Home Without You”, entering at 18.

Drop-outs in the second week of the chart are Alicia Keys, Mika and Cascada.
