January 21, 200817 yr Definitely Sugababes. I've liked a few Girls Aloud songs (Call The Shots, Biology, No Good Advice, Life Got Cold) but never liked them enough to buy one of their albums. I have all five Sugababes albums and love all of them, except for Three which I find quite average. One more thing, it's so annoying when people go on about constantly changing line-ups  Keisha, Mutya and Heidi were together as a group for 4 years, which is the entire life span of most girl groups :P
January 22, 200817 yr Errr, mabye because it's my OPINION? In no way was what I said ignorant, just because your a GA fangirl and can't handle criticism of them doesn't mean i'm ignorant D': And I don't find any GA tracks similar to sugababes, although i'm sure you'll point some out *x* true, but you knew that what you said was going to get a reaction. Everytime someone says something negative about either of the bands it gets a reaction LOL
January 22, 200817 yr In my opinion, Sugababes comes across as a slightly unstable band (evident in it's constant change in line up), yes they have some great songs (PTB, AYN), and yes they may have had more No.1 singles than Girls Aloud, but they also have some disapointments i.e: flops, where as Girls Aloud never fail to deliver brilliant pop songs all of which have never charted out of the top 10. The Sugababes have shown that they can last the distance and are great at comebacks, but how long will it be till Sugababes are three girls that weren't even in the original lineup??? it's goin that way! where as Girls Aloud have never had to 'comeback' because they've never, flopped, or lost a member, all 5 girls have stayed loyal to the band and more importantly their fans, because they know thery're onto somthing good...and so do I!........that is why I have voted for Girls Aloud! You wanna talk unstable line-ups??? Look at Evanescence... Amy Lee seems to change the line-up every time she has a ruddy mood-swing....  The best of all though has gotta be Napalm Death, NO original members left from '86 at all....
January 22, 200817 yr Easily the Sugababes. Generally their single releases are spot on, the exception being Walk This Way. Girls Aloud however have always been hit and miss for me. There's no denying the girls are great singers, but I can't forgive them for the dire and over-rated Love Machine. And Sound Of The Underground. And Whole Lotta History. And See The Day. And I Think We're Alone Now. And...
January 23, 200817 yr Easily the Sugababes. Generally their single releases are spot on, the exception being Walk This Way. because Follow Me Home was a fantastic single choice <_< especially when they had Ace Reject on the album!
January 23, 200817 yr One more thing, it's so annoying when people go on about constantly changing line-ups  Keisha, Mutya and Heidi were together as a group for 4 years, which is the entire life span of most girl groups :P You wanna talk unstable line-ups??? January 23, 200817 yr 46-45 :o It couldn't be much closer 46-46. Can't we just accept they're equally liked and end it there? :(
January 26, 200817 yr sugas for me...GA singles are good only the ones they release while sugas have a lot of better album songs
January 26, 200817 yr When is this being closed, or is it just being left open...oh and woo sugas finally wining.
January 27, 200817 yr Sugababes are a good band who produce some good music but they will never have the personality or charm that girls aloud have. Girls aloud will be remembered more than the sugababes and will always be much more respected for consistently having an edge rather than moving from hole in the head to pretty bland pop like change and about you now. People often dampen GA's reputation because of album sales etc but its about so much more than that. So for me, its GA all the way!
