Amy Winehouse has reportedly enough material to complete a third album after a recent recording and writing spree with producer Mark Ronson.

The singer is apparently preparing to return to the Caribbean to record with Bob Marley’s son Damian.

A source tells the Mirror, “Amy's had her ups and downs, but she's utterly focused on making a great new record. She's always drawn on life experiences when it comes to writing songs and the new album is set to be her most heartfelt yet.

“Record bosses are giving her all the time in the world for what will no doubt be another classic."

Ronson, who co-produced Winehouse’s last album ‘Back To Black’ - the biggest selling British album of 2007 - will also reportedly join the singer at next month’s Brit Awards to duet with her on their cover ‘Valerie’.

id say the album will get released next year, the worst thing about this album is we know it will never match the sales of back to black and the press will be like amy 3rd albums barely sells half the amount of he r2nd,usually albums that sell huge like back to black always get followed up by an album that doesnt sell near as much

True Shameless, but we'll see. That progression usually happens from the first to second albums, and remember that Back To Black is Amy's second album. So I think her third will do great as well. :)

Or at least I hope so! I can't wait for it anyway.

I think her album will be great, especially with Mark Ronson producing again. The thing is, how can you follow up the 2007 best selling album without the media bad mouthing it in some way. Well, unless it becomes the best selling album of either 2008 or 2009 as well. They will say "It's only selling (half/third/quarter) of her last album" which is actually fairly good because she has sold almost 2 million copies of 'Back To Black' in total.
