Posted January 24, 200817 yr Amy Winehouse's trademark brunette hairdo reached towering new proportions as the troubled star stepped out in London today, as her frantic father admitted her family have looked into getting her sectioned under the Mental Health Act. The troubled star, who has refused to check into rehab for the fourth time after a video of her smoking crack was made public, was seen in London's Regents Park wearing a fitted black shirt, and matching miniskirt, exposing her painfully thin legs.
