Robyn is being re-introduced into the American music industry and audience by a collab with rapper Snoop Dogg' 'This collaboration marks Robyn's attempt to break the American market' her record label commented.

I already loved the original version, but the remix is pure fire !

More dancey and Robyn's vocals take the song to another level.

PM me if you want a link ! :cheer:

I like it :o It's very American hip-hop though obv so I don't understand how it will break her poppy/dancy songs into the US market.
I love it! :D Don't know if I prefer it to the original or not...!

New album, new sound.

I like what I hear! Robyn has really grown on me a lot recently. I still can't stand Every Heartbeat but all her other singles are amazing.
Someone send it to me please! :o
I hope she doesnt go all ghetto on us with the next album just to break America.

So America doesn't have pop, only "ghetto" music?

It's a remix. It's not going be the same as the original, otherwise what is the point? <_<

Plenty of artists go with a more R&B sound to break America, and its by far the most popular genre out there. If you look at their airplay chart too, its dominated by R&B and hip hop, so no wonder European artists try to change their sound so that their songs get played on the radio

Maybe the States are riding on the fact that they are welcoming a sound that breaks the usual corporate RnB sound. Even surely middle America must want something new?!
this is a brilliant song! nice to see Snoop trying a different sound
Not all artists go R&B for success there at all. Natasha Bedingfield, Lily Allen etc didnt. Pop is growing there. ^_^
