July 2, 200619 yr Author Montreal was the place the Confessions Tour and the world of Formula One collided. Madonna's tour stop in Montreal came at the same time as the Montreal Grand Prix and both Madonna and racing driver Michael Schumacher stayed at the Hotel St. James. Schumacher himself was heard to say he was happy Madonna was staying there as he could slip in and out of the hotel almost unnoticed! German newspaper TZ München published this story (see below) in the sports section of the newspaper about Michael Schumacher and Nico Rosberg both attending the Confessions Tour show!
