Im sorry but I dont believe all this no promotion excuse. Rihanna doesnt promote her stuff yet she got to numbr 2 on downloads with her new song. Ive not seen ting tings on anything yet they got to number 1. I love In my arms but the simple fact is people just didnt like it that much.

I disagree. The public LOVE discovering a new artist; that's why Estelle can go to #1 with American Boy unpromoted, and same for the Ting Tings. Established artists have to really put in the work.

 

Rihanna is an exception, but she is uber cool at the minute; Kylie isn't.

I still dont think fans can keep using no promotion as an excuse. The video was on tv and it was top 5 on radio. People knew the song was out, they just didnt choose to buy it

in my arms is dropping to fast this week i was expecting it to be top 25 after last weeks position

In my arms falls just 6 places to number 24 in ireland this week

'In My Arms' will spend a bit longer in the 31-40 region now as it's doing well enough on downloads to be able to. I knew it wouldn't hold up in the top 30 for all that long though.
