Arctic Monkeys seem pretty close to hitting a million

everyone has been saying that for what seems like months

 True.

I really thought it would've sold alot more than a million my now to be honest -_-

Wayyyyyyyyy too overhyped-I doubt it will ever pass 1.5 million tbh-perhaps over the years in HMV sales...

Got The Kooks album finally yesterday!

Really love it and glad it's doing so well

Rubbish, they have had less airplay than all of the others in the top ten, expect the RHCP,Snow Patrol & The Kooks to be in the top ten soon

It seems that Artic Monkeys were a fluke in the pan, usually albums who sell around 400k in their first weeks remain for ages in the Top 5, like Coldplay, but their album has fallen quickly, plus their USA break is being eclipsed by KT Tunstall who is doing way better.

Rubbish the album is still top 30 after 5 months & stayed top 5 for weeks, plus KT tunstall is completely different style of music, so how can u compare her to an UK Indie Act -_-
