April 1, 200817 yr IMO, this album has had the worst single choices I've ever seen in my life. :cry: Control Of The Knife, Girl Overboard, Close To Love and even Fling all scream singles... it's ridiculous. :(
April 1, 200817 yr Yeh they just have to have another single from tangled up. I'm over the consecutive top tens now, they have 18, no-one will ever overtake that because of the chart rules now. Though i think BJ, GO and CTL would all do it anyway. CSF has made the album climb again, something the 3rd and 4th singles didnt do for chemistry or wwtns. Once they left the top 40, they never entered again, TU has gone from being out of top 40 to 23 in mids today :w00t:
April 8, 200817 yr Personally think Black Jacks is one of the weakest songs on the album, but doesn't necessarily make it the worst choice for single (certain songs are good but more suited for "album tracks" e.g. CT is really good but not so radio friendly IMHO). I think COTK would be a good choice, one of my favourites and i think it is one of the stronger songs left and catchy which a single needs to be. Otherwise GO is obviously very popular and although not my favourite again is pretty catchy! Do think there is one more single on TU but the choices for single have never been so obvious as they were for their other albums (i did think CSF was a good 3rd single choice) Only problem is with TU at £5 ppl many not want to shell out £2-3 for a single with one song and more and more fans will already own the album so unless there is a cheap e-bundle with some good b-sides or remixes it could be a struggle. They've already used up Hoxton Heroes which was their Ace IMHO and the french remix being put on the other CD was clever. Really want them to make top10 again though! I will buy it whatever, the whole album is good, best yet! ^_^

Hey, update to this thread! Robintime has since informed us on the "Next Single?" Thread that he KNOWS there will not be a fourth single now as there isn't time. Details to follow but apparently this is not just his opinion so looks like all our thoughts on this thread were for nought! :o shame i was looking forward to another single!
