It's not being released as a single, it's a promo track for DOUBLE for her "BEST Collaborations" album. :D DOUBLE used to be a duo until one of them died of a brain tumor or something ~

DOUBLE is well scary looking! Is she actually Japanese? Because she looks like a plastic you'd find on an episode of My Super Sweet 16 or something :heehee: I am worshipping the song though.

Sexy Girl and Do Me More from the new GH Best Fiction are out. ;o Both songs are from the Vidal Sassoon sessions and neither touches What A Feeling, but both are still as hot as you'd expect from Namie; Sexy Girl I especially like on first listen.

I think it's just got a level of over-saturation with her, although i'm glad she's getting people into Japanese music, and people can experiment from there on in.

I'm not too keen on the BEST covers, but I suppose they go with the ~FICTION~ title, and the DVD has all the PV's on which is good value for money :P

 

 

The clip of the Do Me More PV looks delicious! So excited for that, I think it's meant to be out later today in full...

 

Is no-one going to step a little out of their comfort zones and check these out then? Both are pretty good starting points for discovering the best of all of the J-pop princesses :wub:

and of other J-Pop artists I just adore Ayumi Hamasaki and have all of her studio albums + some of her singles :w00t:

listen to few other artsist such as Koda Kumi, Yuna Ito, BoA, Utada Hikaru etc...

i'm a new j-pop fan though, just got into it at the begining of '08 ^_^

I'm the same really; I only got into it this year and don't know much. I have Namie's 60s70s80s, Play, Queen Of Hip-Pop and Style. The latter is really good :wub: But I don't think much of Queen Of Hip-Pop, even the singles. Play is mostly really good too, but with a couple of fillers. Do Me More and Sexy Girl are apparently from the Play sessions (I'm not 100% about that though, they might be newer) - they'd have made great album tracks if so.

 

And I can't get into Ayumi :o I don't like Guilty or Memorial Address, the two albums I downloaded. I do like Mirrorcle World though :P I'm not into Kumi either really, but I've never downloaded a full album of hers. Utada however :heart: I adore the Heart Station album. Have you got that?

I downlaoded Heart Station few weeks back and I just love it :wub:

her latest album si more rock but you can check out some of her earlier stuff like "Duty" or "Rainbow" they are more pop ;)
