I can do: High Bar: Basic Jam cast Beat Swings Long Swings Chin-Up Half Turn Dismount Low Bar: "Skin The Cat" Half Turn Pull-Over Casts (These are basically all of the skills on Low Bar) Rings: Chin-Up (With Kick) No-So-Good "Skin The Cat" In Tuck Swings (Beat) Pump Swing Floor: Bridge Splits Cartwheel Front Scale Swedish Fall Round-Off Half Turn Full Turn Press To Headstand (Not quite) Handstand Hold Handstand Walking Handstand Pop Handstand Half Turn Bridge Kick Over Trampoline (Not really an event for Competition. It's just for fun) Front Hand-Springs Round-Off Front Tuck Seat Drop, Doggy Drop, Stomach Drop (Fun) Back Drop Half and Full Turn Bridge Kick Over (Fun) Tuck, Star, Straddle, Pike, and Straight Jumps Parallel Bars: Swings to Dismount Straddle Scale Tuck to L-Sit Handstand Vault: Dive Roll (All I need to do) Pommels: 1 Full Circle (All We Need To Do) So, what can you do? March 30, 200817 yr I used to be able to do that horse jump thing (or whatever it is) quite well back in the day.
April 2, 200817 yr Gym and trampolining were what I always tried (usually successfully) to get out of doing in PE. :)
