Possible Representative Leaked!

 

It has been leaked early that the minister for song Selection is thinking of choosing Marie Digby - Say it again, to the next contest. However there is still plenty of time left so minds might change at any moment

Today another song has been revealed which may represent Dalisska in the next contest. That song is Kerli - Walking on air

 

 

However the actual representative is to be confirmed at a later date.

The final possible representative has been chosen.......they are Jordan Sparks & Chris Brown (I honestly have no idea if they're a number 1 hit or anything......but if they are I might have to rethink this..... :unsure: )

 

 

It's quite a hard decision though.....I really like all three......

Thanks, as for the third video. It's not easy for me to check which one's work and which one's don't as I only have the flash to play videos on my wii and not my computer. But I'll try changing the video........although I looked at it earlier and it worked fine.

Wise move to include No Air, when I totally hate it

 

I heard it on the radio the other day.....but I did have the feeling it was a Big new song.......I'm starting to lean towards picking Marie Digby instead.

 

In fact I've decided I'm going to go ahead and Confirm Marie Digby - Say it again as Dalisska's next Entry. ^_^

Marie Digby to represent Dalisska in BJSC 9

 

The minister for song selection has today confirmed Marie Digby will represent Dalisska in BJSC 9, When asked Marie said that she was so happy she could represent Dalisska in Nonsuch in August and hopes to do everyone proud.

 

I like Say it again most overall, it's a very uplifting song. :)

Marie Digby misses out on the Final

 

Tonight we have learnt that Dalisska have failed to qualify for the final, when asked Marie Digby had this to say "Of course I'm dissapointed but I'm just happy there were countries that supported us and I just hope someday Dalisska will find success"

 

When asked the minister for song selection said he was unsure what song to send however he said that he will try his very best to make Dalisska's entry into a BJSC X a big one

Dalisskan officials have released four song being considered by the minister for song selection, however nothing is final and the song sent may not be any of these in the end.

 

Sveta - A mozhet net a Mozhet da (If Dalisska had done well I'd be more inclined to send this but I don't think I'm in any position to start taking major risks)

(This type of song could go either way I think....)

Sarah Connor - Under my Skin (I might change this to one of her other songs though)

Lights - Drive my soul (So Beautiful :wub: )

 

I figured since everyone else was giving ideas of what they might send I'd reveal Dalisska's song search results so far.

It has been revealed today that all four of Dalisska's acts have been kidnapped by a wanted group of Uramazian criminals......it is unknown where they have taken them although some people suggest Kylienips would be the obvious escape from the country while others suggest the possibility that they have fled to the Kingdom of Shadow however it is unlikly as the contest shall be held there and it would be hard to stay hidden among all the Buzzjack song contest hype which has taken the country by storm. *Newsflash* A Distress signal from the singer "Lights" has just been picked up telling us that she has been thrown off a truck in a potato sack and is now stranded on a Beach in Bhangra. With this new information it is possible that the acts Fergie, Freaks and Vanessa Carlton could be anywhere in the Buzzjack world by now.

 

Colbie Caillat has agreed to represent the Country in it's time of need however she said she was not interested in Contending with other acts, a decision had to be made and the minister of song selection decided to put her forward as Dalisska's represent in the next contest saying "This is exactly what dalisska needs, a strong woman who's capable of getting things done"

Gigi D'Alessio Performs in Lyndra

 

Herzebanian representative Gigi D'Alessio gave a free performance in Dalisska's capital tonight en route to hear of his fate in the semi-final of the Buzzjack Song Contest.

 

The performance was not quite as well attended as some of his other concerts in the promotional tour, but the people who were there gave the singer a very warm response.

We managed to get a word with Kate right before she performed on "The Lenny Kirk show"*. "I'm just so pleased to be picked, I won't let Dalisska down" (* It's a popular chat show in Dalisska)

Pixie arrives in Dalisska on another successful stop of her tour

 

FSR Rontvia's BJSCXI entrant Pixie has put on another excellet mini concert in Dalisska today on what is already the ninth date of her extensive promotional tour to support her song Boys And Girls. She arrived in Dalisska to an unepxectedly large crowd where fans were going wild, one saying 'Pixie is a beautiful girl and her song is brilliant, it's like what a good Sugababes single sounds like! We can't wait to hear more from her here in Dalisska'. The 17 year old Brit was impressed at the loyalty of the Dalisskan fans saying 'I never expected such a good turnout, I'm really pleased that so many people here like my song, I'm going to ask my record company if the CD single can be released here. Dalisska is a really beautiful country with luscious mountains and flowing lakes, I just hope I can come back again at some point'. Pixie performed current single and BJSCXI entry Boys And Girls as well an acoustic cover of Colbie Caillat's Battle as part of her 'covers a past BJSC entry' series. Janelle touches down in Dalisska

 

After a small deal of speculation over Janelle's next stop after the clue that the next country 'made effective use of this' (and a great deal of controversy over what 'this' referred to), Janelle revealed that she was in fact referring to the promo tour method prior to her performance of 'Many Moons' live on Dalisskite national television tonight, which received luke-warm reception from the audience but rapturous reception amongst Dalisskite bloggers. Janelle concluded her performance by hinting that her next destination tomorrow would be 'the nation that brought this contest its glory'.

 

Tori Amos Performs In Dalisska

 

After successfully completing the first leg of her promotional tour, Herzebanian entrant Tori Amos touched down in Lyndra today to kick start a series of concerts in Miskantha as part of the semi-final campaign for "Silent All These Years."

 

There was a decent crowd in attendance at the free concerts, however the Herzebanian delegation is rumoured to be unhappy at the dimishing effect on the concert caused by an appearance in the other side of the town by Kopeckan representative Janelle Monae.

 

A source told us that "arrangements will be put into place to make sure this doesn't happen again," and also that this would possibly include joint concerts for Tori and any acts performing at the same time as her.

 

"It would give us a chance to meet delegations and performers from other countries, and we think it would be a special treat for the fans as well."

 

Tori Amos - Silent All These Years

 

Tori Amos will perform another few shows in the Miskantha region before flying to Orchidia for concerts in Juranabaijan, Ojnoj and of course host nation Mdice.
