On Tuesday GI2M was 1.2k behind number 5 and around 100 copies ahead of number 7. Hopefully it stays at least number 6.

 

BTW it went up on iTunes to number 12, new peak! :cheer:

'Give It 2 Me' is so going to be #7 on Sunday, and it deserves so much more as it's way better than '4 Minutes'. :(

 

Still, I guess #7 is decent enough but I wanted a top 3 at least ideally.

i've just been to both HMVs and Zavvi in Manchester city centre and not one of them had the GI2M picture disc :cry: Not one! :angry: I think i'm going to have to get it from the internet :unsure:

the difference between Ne-Yo (#6) and Madge is still only around 300 units :o

GI2M is at #7 this week. Can't say i'm suprised. I never thought it was a strong track and certainly not 2nd single material. I just hope her next single can scrape top 10.

I think it's the best song on the album, and it's returned the album back to the top 10 which is what matters the most.

 

If 'Give It 2 Me' can only make #7 it doesn't bode well for Hard Candy's future singles however. I reckon anything other than 'Miles Away', 'Beat Goes On' or possibly 'Devil' would be certain to miss the top 10.
