May 5, 200817 yr Can someone please explain the whole prenup thing? :lol: It's a contract some people sign before they get married. If the couple sign it - and they get divorced - they both leave the marriage with the same money they started with. Only money they earned together during the marriage is shared. If they don't sign - and they get divorced - the poorer one is entitled to half the money of the richer. So, Nick Cannon would get half of Mariah's many, many millions. Not good.

May 5, 200817 yr There's been nothing about this aside from that one article so I hear. I don't think it's true to be honest, Mariah has always stated how much she wanted to be secure when she re-married and how the whole Tommy thing was too soon and she was too young etc, etc. I've always gotten a strong impression that if she did ever re-marry that she would really take her time and not rush anything and this article seems to go against everything she's ever said so i'm not believing it until something is confirmed. Mariah even said that she doesn't talk about her relationships but would talk about it when she had something to say and surely marriage is something to say? Nah I think it's rubbish, she may be dating him but I highly doubt they're married. If they are good luck to them though.
