Posted May 7, 200817 yr Undoubtedly the best track from the likewarm X,in my arms reminds us that kylie is indeed capable of dance floor genius. After the bewildering 2 hearts and the nowhere near wow our ageing princess of pop collaborates with the Scot Calvin Harris who lends his fuzzy stomping synths to a throw your arms in the air anthem giving kylie her best hit since i believe in you, stick with calvin kylie you make beautiful music together. 4 stars out of 5 OPinion on the review anyone Edited May 7, 200817 yr by Shameless
May 7, 200817 yr Author in my arms is good but i dont agree its better than wow,it is a good enough review and its always nice to see kylie get good reviews
May 7, 200817 yr Author i agree on both,i would have also like dto have seen the reviews in the same tv guide i got the review of in my arms from
May 8, 200817 yr Yeah, I'm glad of the review, I agree it's the best track from X. I'd have given it 5 stars though. :P
May 8, 200817 yr Disagree... although like I keep saying, after hearing some of the tracks that were left off I see it as more flawed than I did.
May 8, 200817 yr A fair review i'd say. As for the album being 'lukewarm' i'd tend to agree, its good but nothing overly special and hardly some of the best work shes done. Although saying that, I do think In My Arms is one of her best ever songs.
May 8, 200817 yr "Wow" is better than "In My Arms" in my opinion. I don't think X is her best album but I wouldn't describe it as 'lukewarm' either; it's full of fun pop songs which is essentially why we like Kylie so much!
May 8, 200817 yr I agree with Chris on the album. It really feels as if Kylie has lost a major sense of direction with X; it lacks the special factor as a collective album that her last 3 Parlo efforts had, although it does have a few brilliant individual songs.
