what ska pop records would you put in a collection for an ordinary boys fan?

 

 

starting with Toots and the Maytals 'Do the Reggay' what others are you gonna suggest?

The Specials of course! They basically tried to rip them off for most of the songs on Brassbound :lol: Plus they covered Little Bitch for Over The Counter Culture AND Terry Hall came onstage to sing it at one of the gigs I went to. :D

To get a good idea of some commericial ska stuff.

 

Also, TOB have got so many influences really.. mostly Tamla Motown if you want to pinpoint influences.
