Today The EBJSCC spokeswoman, Idelaida Yro, on a press conference gathered in the EBJSCC head building said that Elëdan is going to withdraw from BuzzJack Song Contest from XXXI onwards. The right limit is unknown.

"Economical issues play the very important role here. We've witnessed a big decrease in interest among people of the country. In the past 3 months it's down from 90% to 74% according to results of the poll. Also, country loses its money and due to unstable situation of economy in Elëdan it's wiser to cut the expenses for BJSC in favor of some other more important fields. So far BJSC isn't going 'against' anything else so the only thing is to watch what happens next."

 

On a question "What might postpone the withdraw date further away in time?" the spokeswoman answered:

"Of course, two big results, like in the last decade, might affect the situation, but we also need to host at some point. Two previous times Feethoo was hosting the event it turned out very well for the economy and we got capacity for future failures."
