Can't seem to recall them ever getting a shout out on this forum. Maybe a bit too leftfield for those who like generic chavvy dance music (I may be partial to a bit of the funkier side of generic chavvy dance music but anyway...), Hot Chip are bloody brilliant!

 

I think they are those rare one-off's that unite indie worshippers and clubbers into one messy haven. Their latest album is sublime, a real grower mind, but they are so refreshing and different.

 

And about bloody time music with some kind of substance was discussed on this forum!

There's a brilliant track on the current album called 'Bendable Poseable' which for some reason they're avoiding releasing, with completely baffling and stupid single choices since 'Ready For The Floor'.

Hey Scott. I bloody love Hot Chip!! One Pure Thought is my fave song. So atmospheric love the synths. They are a breath of fresh air to the dance circuit.
