Sven has shown once again that he is willing to gamble with his players. He has named Jamie Carragher to play against Hungary tonight in the holding midfield role, so that it will allow Steven Gerrard to play in a more advanced position where Sven believes he can get the best out of him. Besides this Sven has named his full-strength team to play in a 4-5-1 formation.

Anyone one got any score predictions or who will be the first goalscorer???

Didn't we lose against Belarus the other day? They've been keeping that quiet

I reckon 1-1 for this.

I ain't gonna make a score prediction cause I always get them wrong and the team that I predict to lose always wins. However I reckon both Gerrard and Lampard will be on the score sheet.

Sven is a nob. Carrick is much more suited for the role.

England 1-0 Hungary (Lampard).

Carrick was awful against Belarus. Carragher deserves a chance.

I think we'll score atleast three goals tonight. I'd be suprised if they scored.

I think 3-0 or 4-0.

I reckon 1-1 for this.

That was the B team ;)

2-0

Yeah but the Green goal was a complete mess-up. Can't really blame him for getting injured.

Anyway, I reckon it'll be 2-0 to England with Stevie G and possibly Joe Cole scoring.

"Come on Engerland"

It's a friendly, so the most important thing is that no-one (else) gets injured.

Personally I would have liked to have seen Owen Hargreaves play in the defensive midfield role which he has made his own for Bayern Munich this season.

...... goes downstairs to watch the match.

Not really much happening, seems they are just prancing around really.
I don't think it was a penalty, but it went to our favour, but missed the opportuity

Cheers up, at the moment Germany are losing 2-0 at home against Japan halfway through the 2nd Half.

Ahahahaha :D
