July 8, 200816 yr Not been an excellent run for Kylie, I feel this album was misunderstood by the record label; releasing "2 Hearts" when the rest of the album is pure pop wonderfulness and typical Kylie!

'2 hearts' doesn't live up to anyone's standards especially Kylie's!!!! <_< She needed to make her comeback with a huge hit such as 'Like a drug' or 'In my arms' which were screming to be comeback single. Instead Kylie decided she wanted to be the next Alison Goldfrapp, which led to awful sales!!!!

July 14, 200816 yr is the x album on 439, 000+ in the uk? at the end of last year was its sales 300, 000 and this years sales so far are 139, 000 ish? i cant wait til its passed 1 million ww, must be close now? scott
July 14, 200816 yr It sold about 1,000 or 2,000 less than the 300k mark at the end of last year, which either way should make it's updated UK sales between the 435-440k mark.
July 15, 200816 yr I wonder what her own thoughts are on this whole era. Would she have chosen 2 Hearts as the lead single herself or do you think the record company would have chosen it for her. I know some singers have more control over their careers then others. I am hopeful that the next era will be much more sucessful (especially if the moving rumours are true...) July 21, 200816 yr i was just thinking, hasn't the whole x project come and go very quickly. i think only having 3 singles makes the album period so much shorter as likewise with body language, i think we will have a long wait for a brand new kylie studio album

July 22, 200816 yr Yeah if she's leaving they will no doubt be a greatest hits or best of. Thats how it usually works. I'm expecting a new album before next christmas. It's not like her to hang around. Look at the gap between Light Years and Fever. The gap between the nd of the Fever era and Body Language wasn't that large either. You know, after seeing her live last week and perform all those X tracks I have totally fell back in love with the album. July 22, 200816 yr if she is signing a new record deal, it will take a bit to get the album together and kylie doesn't work as rapidly as she did before she got ill. light years and fever era was when she was getting her music career back on track and she hasn't got that over her now.
