Anyone else agree with the theory that Donna is a timelord? Someone mentioned it on DS and I was wandering what you all thought?

nah... i hope not, shes the poorest assistant hes had since bonnie bloody langford!

LOVED IT  Hooked absloutely completely, I loved watching the events of the past unfolding (only badly this time round), and explaining to my foreign friends what significance it had  I also loved the idea of "what if", always a good concept. The thought of the Doctor, Martha, Sarah Jane, Captain Jack... all dying then reuniting has got me so excited :o

I want to know why Donna is so significant! The Bad Wolf stuff confuses me though... could someone explain?

Also, I did think something was wrong with Rose's mouth/voice, especially when I watched clips of her on YouTube afterwards. Obviously the dental surgery explains that though...

11/10

Billie was struggling to relearn the accent apparently. She sort of had to improve it as she went along, as you might have noticed, she got better towards the end.

And I'm not buying this Donna's a timelord, the Rani, the Master and everyone else

I disagree, with RTD there is always a twist not leaked when it comes to a season finale.

Now that a certain legendary Dr Who character's reappearance has been let out of the bag, I think that twist will revolve around Donna & what or who she is.

It has been confirmed that in the Series 4 finale, one of the companions will die...

:o

i hope its donna....

sorry but i cant get past her other characters that came through all to often last night.

You should put that in spoilers, because some people might not want to know what I put in the spoiler, and you sort of gave it away, then. ^_^

It's not Donna, set reports have said that the last lines are between The Doctor and Wilf, and he tells Wilf, that he can't ever let her know. So either Donna dies, and he goes back in her timeline to save her, and Jack retcons her, or Rose will finally die in battle - also fits in with her saying she would like to reprise her role for S5 if she COULD, although she has hidden the truth before when she 'left' after S2. Won't be Martha, she's supposed to be in Torchwood S3, and a second series of Sarah Jane Adventures is being filmed.

That was a great episode yet again, it won't stand out as it was really just preparing us for the next 2 eps. I'm excited about everyone returning though, as long as Martha lives through the finale then i'll be fine.
it was another great episode 10/10 . the next two episodes look like they could be the best ever

Please let it be Donna. Please.

A couple other things:

1 - Have the Torchwood lot replaced Tosh and/or Owen yet?

2 - Am I the only one who saw that kid from After You're Gone who was in those two episodes with the Sontaran in the "Next week" bit?

1. Torchwood havent- but rumours are

That Mickey and Martha join Torchwood in the final episode 'Journey's End'

2. That wasnt' him. That was Luke from Sarah Jane Adventures.

There's definitely something special about Donna. It was hinted so much throughout the episode... I don't think she's a TimeLord (well lady) but maybe she was sent to protect the Doctor or something. I'm sure more will be revealed in due course anyway.

And I think if any companion is going to die then it'll be Rose.

RTD did hint the Rani will be appearing sometime in this series :o :w00t:

I wouldn't trust RTD  He lies and twists the truth so much you don't know where you are until you watch :D

From the official website:

As part of the build-up to next week's epic Doctor Who adventure,

The Stolen Earth

, two new trailers premiere today.

We didn't want to get you out of bed too early on Sunday to see the first one on TV, so follow the link below to watch it online.

If all goes to plan, a longer trailer is due to premiere on BBC Two tonight at 6.58pm. It will be available on the site, linked from this news story, shortly after.
