I had a thought last night, after going back to S1 to watch Dalek. Just before the Dalek apparently exterminates itself it says it feels so many ideas, so much darkness. The darkness is coming, Bobby Davros is coming, I wonder if it really did exterminate itself, or teleported away, to rebuild a Dalek Empire in the darkness, making the Doctor believe it had really exterminated itself, rather than doing a Caan and Emergency Temporal Shift. Shall watch Bad Wolf/Parting Of The Ways next, to see if there's anything seeded there for the S4 finale :D RTD has said that things are being drawn from every series in this finale :D Oh I love to speculate blindly :lol:

 

I can't wait for this one, it's really got me hooked at the moment, loving it :D

I think this will be the best series finale of the programme yet! :D
