July 3, 200817 yr I hope she leaves EMI but I really hope they don't attack her back catalogue...again...sick of Kylie greatest hits. I B-side compilation would be lovely though...hint hint... Maybe something in the style of Hits+ That would be a perfect parting gift :P
July 4, 200817 yr Author she should leave her label now... so OK EMI stood by her when she needed them back in 1999, but now she doesn't need them at all... she is one of the biggest pop icons in the world... and she could score huge hits with any label.... maybe she should do her own label. she has enough money to do it. That's also another possibility. For years, Kylie has been listening to William Baker and EMI to make decisions on her behalf. Now it's time for Kylie to do what she likes rather than what we like.

Maybe we could go back to seeing kylie dressed nice and looking natural (like back in the good old days fever) Edited July 4, 200817 yr by Glyn
July 4, 200817 yr ^Are you saying Kylie looked natural during Fever? :heehee: She looks natural now! Back in the Fever era she did look better, I agree, but she also looked rather more slaggy with all of the fake bronzed tan and the revealing outfits.
July 4, 200817 yr Can't say i'm surprised to hear this which is a shame as it seems to be the track on the album which alot of fans like best (although its not my personal fave)
July 4, 200817 yr Maybe something in the style of Hits+ That would be a perfect parting gift :P Oooh yes, I do rather enjoy a listen to Hits+!
July 5, 200817 yr ^Are you saying Kylie looked natural during Fever? :heehee: She looks natural now! Back in the Fever era she did look better, I agree, but she also looked rather more slaggy with all of the fake bronzed tan and the revealing outfits. lol, no i was meaning the photos used on the album cover and single covers. She didn't have all that ridiculous make up on or wearing those awful outfits (i still hate that photo on the cover of 2 hearts, what on earth is that eye make up about??)
July 7, 200817 yr in my arm sis prob the best cpver of this era yeah i'd agree with that, i love the colours blue and purple though... Edited July 7, 200817 yr by Glyn
July 7, 200817 yr I'm extremely disappointed to hear there will be no physical release. "the one" is the best song on the whole album and its a massive missed opportunity to not promote it with a physical CD and video.
July 8, 200817 yr Author However, after all these speculations, has it been confirmed that there will be no physical release?
July 8, 200817 yr However, after all these speculations, has it been confirmed that there will be no physical release? No, some reliable source from another forum said so. (he confirmed loads of things that have turned out to be true, so nobody has any reason to doubt him.) Plus, it's release is only 2/3 weeks ago and we don't have a tracklisting, cover or anything. I'm getting less optimistic every day :( Saying that, a tiny bit of me is still thinking it's not to late :P
July 8, 200817 yr This is not the first time a record label is messing up the promotion and the releases of the singles. I'm wondering if ther are any more decent labels left. I'm really annoyed the physical release has been cancelled, and the download won't even be chart eligible! Why wouldn't it be chart eligible?
July 8, 200817 yr Nobody knows why it won't be eligible, it's just what the source said...I personally think that bit is wrong, because I can't imagine they'd want to stop it being eligible. Oh, and the reason radio are playing the original is because, in another moment of madness, the only Freemasons version on the Promo CD is the bloody ten-minute club mix. :( At least that means if the original is any kind of success, it might help sell the album.
July 8, 200817 yr Most of the downloads will come from people downloading the album version (providing it sells any). They can't block that from being eligible. Although maybe if it wasn't chart eligible, it wouldn't be a blemish on her chart history by charting at 60something potentially.
July 8, 200817 yr Even without being promoted, as soon as the Freemasons version is added it will at least dent the main chart, I'm sure.
July 8, 200817 yr I don't want it to "at least dent the main charge" though! Either it gets a full release and makes the top ten or i'd rather it was chart ineligible.
