I'd probably prefer that as well, 'The One' doesn't deserve to go down in history as a flop single because of the label/management's sheer stupidity. But when people download this track from the album and it charts, I really don't think the label can stop it from charting...

The label can have a song made ineligible to chart just by asking the OCC, but if they wanted to they could ensure it wasn't eligible by giving it away free on Kylie.com, even just for an hour. After that it wouldn't be eligible to chart anyway. If they don't want it to chart, it won't...
