July 12, 200816 yr If it's going to stall in the 60s region because of the label's stupidity with the way this has been handled, I'd probably prefer it to be ineligible than be remembered as a flop single. However, most of the downloads will come from people downloading it from the album and I really don't think the label can block that from charting or 'request ineligibility' as was suggested in another topic.

July 12, 200816 yr i kinda hope its ineligible. Protect her run. She played this as the encore at the last Glasgow KYLIEX2008 gig, she just said "this song is called the one". In my experience if artists are playing their upcoming single, they usually mention that and give a release date. Gig was amazing BTW!

We all just need to accept the fact that she's extremely likely to be announcing a move from Parlophone very shortly, and it'll mean the X project is over, aside from the tour which is sponsored by Nokia, not Parlo.

Kylie didnt want the one released apparantly because she was unhappy with EMI and has refused to work with them anymore. She is going to Universal....dont know how true the news is but there are rumours floating around on sayhey
