11 The Cure - The Walk Their first Top 20 hit and seemed to have taken some inspiration from Blue Monday

15 Bananarama - Cruel Summer I like their pre-SAW stuff best

17 David Sylvian & Ryuichi Sakamoto - Forbidden Colours This is beautiful. Finest movie theme song ever

21 Echo & The Bunnymen - Never Stop Great track

29 The Lotus Eaters - The First Picture Of You Top notch pop song
