Maybe we should think about requesting a forum to cover all the Whedon shows like Buffy/Angel/FireFly/Dollhouse and all the other projects embarked on by its cast :kink:

im gonna re watch them all again as i miss it so much. i loved season 6, not all the eps but there were some classics in it. tara dying! omg, i was in tears,well almost. and season 7! andrew is so hot and funny. season 7 was amazing. buffy is just so cool. ive never found a show as good. there is some good shows like dexter and supernatural but they still dont live upto buffys standards. the ratings overhere were pretty good as well. it did better over here that in the u.s considering how many people are in that country. i just wish joss and co did another season, it wasnt even cancelled. UPN wanted to do more. also, why the hell didnt UPN pick up angel after that was cancelled! why the hell ws it cancelled, angel was amazing, season 5 was so cool. the brain dead people who cancelled angel are stupid, hence the brain dead-ness. the only way i can get my fix now are the buffy comics and angel comics, which are pretty good. obviously not as good as the show but the comics have the same funny lines. joss writes some of them as well. they are really cheap as well, like £1.80, and they are monthly. the buffy ones are better than the angel ones but they are both still good, and the fact they are official by joss and canon helps alot. im such a geek, but buffy is just class, hey who's seen this:

the buffy animated tv piolet from afew years ago. how amazing would that have been if they would have done it. lol

Have you seen the new Buffy+Angel magazine? It's out now and you collect four episodes on DVD every week with a magazine full of trivia [i'm only getting it for the magazine and gifts as I have all the DVDs but its a good read :heehee:]

 

And I so want to know who Twilight is in the comics :o I never liked comics before but I have just started reading the Buffy ones. I think it's her dad personally as it's so far fetched.

the comics are cool, they do take some storylines to far cos there's no budgets, but the root of it and the writing is superb. not a clue about twilight. season 8 is halfway thru now. cant wait, wanna know who he is. or she????? lol. its gotta be someone from buffys past. the comics are amazing, its like having the show back. the angel comics are also ok! read lol. what do you think of it? im just so glad buffy and angel are back, its just amazing now lol. not got that buffy mag yet, in my head im debating over and over what to do. i have the entire b uffy collection on vhs, as well as in seperate dvd seasons as well as the massive entire series box set, so i have it 3 times. i have angel twice (vhs and single dvd seasons) so im unsure lol. will prob end up getting it. yeah ive seen that petition, we need to find and post, id love to see that animated series. i love buffy, i was so obsessed in high school, nothing much has changed lol

I don;t think I will get the magazine all the time. The first issues we £2 so I thought 'what the hell!' :lol: £7.99 normally though and yeah bit of waste when I already have all the Buffys on DVD and I have Angel though they're only on copy.

 

I do love the comics I would love to see them on TV again though :( But yeah I know about Twilight being from her past but I read in one of the comics there was a quote from him/her/it that I can't remember off the top fo my head but it just really led me to think it could be her dad as it would make sense of his absence maybe?

 

I dunno who else it could be. Riley possibly? Or maybe Glory's unmentionables. Who knows.

I haven't read that one yet but I think it's something to do with an alternate dimension or the future or some such where she is Dark Willow. :wacko: I've just read notes really as I haven't got the issue in question so I couldn't really tell you :(

yeah, its set in the future (so at the moment we dont knwo why shes like this again) buffy got transported to another time, like in the future and dark willow has something to do with it. the next issue is out now so i will be finding out for you, i will prob get it saturday. the whole issue was making out that it was dru who did it but on the last page you see the face off the baddie and it was dark willow. its pretty cool, great story, written by joss himself lol
