Sean Pertwee?! I thought we agreed there's been one too many Event Horizon references in Dr Who already?!

Also, about Tom Baker. Quite the opposite. I remember reading somewhere he quite liked the innocence of children around the Dr. The idea that when you see these people on TV, as a child you believe they are real. There IS a real Dr Who. Apparently, he used to swap his beer for an orange juice if a child was near - just to keep the illusion up for them.

EDIT: PS: Stop bad mouthing the Tennant! LMFAO!

Sean Pertwee was only a supporting actor in Event Horizon though....

Sorry, but I just aint convinced by Tennant. It's not that I don't think he's a good actor (I really enjoyed the "Casanova" mini-series..), he just doesn't really have what it takes to be a Timelord....Sorry....

I think he's a fine actor, but I do find that he does try a little too hard trying to be THE Dr. Do you get me?

The reason why you liked the Madame de Pompadour episode maybe was because it related to Casanova! Period dress, etc etc.. lol...

Maybe he should stick to the corsets and white wigs. He's a good Shakespearian actor too.

Whoops I forgot Sean Pertwee starred in Event Horizon, probably they got the idea from the film.
