After all Chuck Berry has been convicted (& jailed on 3 separate occasions in 3 diffferent decades) of similar things with young girls (Although Gary Glitter to my knowledge did not set up a remote TV camera to videotape females in his club toilets including in the actual cubicles and keep over 8000 videos of this), yet his music is still played/covered. But I guess an old bloke sleeping with underage females (ask the Rolling Stones :lol:) is less offensive than an old bloke sleeping with underage males to the purient media.

Whilst in no way condoning what he's done I think it's ridiculous that 2 old chart shows, on Radio 2, Pick Of The Pops and Capital Gold's Bottom To The Top miss out his songs.
