Was ok, they cut it short and had a fashion show going on at the same time (as usual). The sad thing is that they HAD to mime, like The Automatic the time before. They looked great though in their new sparkly outfits.

They might as well not have been there, would have had a similar effect if they just played the song over the catwalk LOL

Just heard this properly for the first time.. it's A LOT better than the last one! Nothing special though...

Not a bad schedule at all. Shame they coudnt get on Paul O Grady and Loose Women though.

There's still time, i think thats all for the single. I imagine they will push the album by either performing 'Up' or an album track on Paul O'Grady and Loose Women on a show between 20th and 25th, the week of the album release.

It better go top 10!

Up is #28 on TV Airplay this week

WOW, thats very good news.

This is out worryingly soon given that it's not even Top 50 on airplay. I'm VERY worried...

The Saturdays are doing Capital FM's Jingle Bell Ball at the O2 Arena on December 10th, alongside the Pussycat Dolls, Boyzone, The Script and Lemar. More acts are being announced soon.

Its all over Galaxy though AND b-list at R1! Maybe this sunday we will see it crack top 50, maybe even the top 30.

Its all about the tv promo for The Saturdays though i think...

Where it's being played is irrelevant though - over 50 songs above it have been heard by a wider audience in the last week. Fact, sadly.

 

Still, the B-list kicks in this week so it'll make the chart next week.

It is slightly worrying i guess, i dont think we should panic until we see next weeks airplay chart though.

Cannot wait for the album if these two lead singles are anything to go by.

I've not heard this on Radio yet! :(

Saturdays song used in US 'Ugly Betty' trailer

The new single from British girl group The Saturdays has been used in a US TV trailer for Ugly Betty.

 

'Up' - to be released in the UK on October 13 - can be heard on a 40-second ABC promo for the popular comedy series.

 

Group member Vanessa White said she is "honoured" that 'Up' was chosen for the trailer, adding: "I still can't believe it! I keep asking [my bandmate] Una to pinch me but sometimes she pinches a little hard!

 

"No, seriously, this is such a big deal to us all and we hope America likes what they hear!"

 

'Up' is the follow-up to The Saturdays' debut single, 'If This Is Love', which made the top ten in August.
