Elvis Presley might have been abducted by aliens, there maybe a WW2 bomber on the moon, both of those are as likely as Barry George having done this, the one and only piece of "evidence" a tiny residue of gunpowder found in his coat pocket was totally discredited in the end and there was nothing else to even possibly link him to this murder, the police also have a long history of planting evidence so it is not impossible the cops set out to frame him too to get the local weirdo off the streets The guy makes Forrest Gump seem bright, there is no way he had the mental capacity to plan the killing of Dando and carry it out in a cold calculated manner, he is the sort of guy who should not be left alone with a knife and fork unless it is made of plastic yet you think he had the mental ability to plan an execution down to the finest detail ? this was planned thoroughly and professionally and was carried out with 2 shots just below the ear with a silencer, whoever did this had likely killed before and is a professional assassin or ex armed forces George just does not have the mental abilities to plan a murder to the finest detail and then fire 2 rounds with precision to the exact area the forces know to shoot to kill
