The pop act will audition thousands of hopefuls as part of an ‘X Factor-style’ series to be screened next year. All five members will form the judging panel and pick a girl to join them on stage for a live show. The band are considering making the winner a permanent "understudy". A tv insider revealed: "The girls have never forgotten that reality TV gave them their break.
