Oh dear, i hope it can manage one more week in the top 10 though. Take their sales up to at least 37k.
Poor Sugababes :o :( I hope it doesnt slide too baddly in the coming weeks ;)

I recon next week it'll be #17 with about 11k sold, so 35k in total.

It's really awful isn't it? :(

Still, bigger turnarounds have occured and the album has potential singles which can save the damage yet.

true Jark, i'll hazard a guess at 14k at #14 for next week as think album sales will stay high
I don't think it will now. I expect it to end the week at #8 on 24k.

Nice prediction :)

I'm a fairly new Sugababes fans, having been drawn in by About You Now, Change and Denial, which encouraged me to buy the last album.

I really love Catfights and Spotlights! It definitely takes about 3 or 4 listens to really appreciate it. At first there are only a couple of standout songs, but now I love them all. It's a much more consistent album than 'Change', I think. It's a shame that there isn't as much of a buzz surrounding it and it'll probably be charting towards the bottom of the top ten tomorrow. :( It deserves much better and I hope subsequent single releases can help.

Welcome!

You are totally right. Also glad that the Change era brought in some new fans :)

I think it should stay top 15 (hopefully)

Now that Capital are playing No Can Do, hopefully it sticks around a bit.

I'll say #15 for next week and i dont think it's going to get a good chart run either.
I really like the new album. I actually prefer it to 'change'. However, I think the problem with the new album is it lacks a standout lead single. "about you now" and"push the button" are classic Sugababes songs and there is nothing on the current album which is anywhere as good.

I know not everyone sees the fuss over Every Heart Broken but it should definitley have been the first single from the album

the lyrics would have got eveyone's attention.

I think the album will be around #22 this week with about 10k, hopefully it can pick up later although with the next single choice it's looking shaky. :(

Just found this

The album entered at 8 on the UK Albums Chart with about 23 000 amount sold, making it their sixth album to enter the top 10 on the UK Albums Chart since 2000 when One Touch debuted at number 26. The album peaked at #18 on the Irish Albums Chart. The Sugababes are not happy with the albums UK position having not had an album chart outside the top 5 in 8 years. Amelle was quoted saying "We are disapointed and may not release further singles from the record at the moment". A split is rumoured to be announced in the next few weeks.

Not sure if that would be true though, number 8 isn't bad enough to split!?

Well those sales are terrible.

Worse than i thought they would be.

No can do had better be seriously popular.

The album's not THAT bad.

I do adore She's Like A Star though. I'm well aware it's the Taio Cruz track just tagged on as a bonus, but I do love it.

LMAO at that 'information' with the 'quote'. Yes, that's why they're filming a second video just next week!

Lol- it does seem a little silly!

They wouldn't give up because of a number 8 album!

The album will still go up (i'm thinking anyway!)
