I don't think Girls Aloud want a #1, they're releasing in the same week as Dido and Leona - two of the biggest selling female artists in their years - all u need is Amy Whinehouse to release a new single!

2006: Beyonce, McFly, Girls Aloud, Amy Winehouse, Rihanna, Fedde Le Grand

 

Looks like the trend will continue in 2008
